Terms of Use

By accessing or using Lumavo ("the Service"), operated by Aphelion Meridian LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lumavoai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Credits are consumed when you generate content using our models. Free-tier credits are granted monthly at no charge. Pro and Unlimited plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually as selected at signup — see Subscription & Billing below for renewal and cancellation terms. Credits do not roll over between billing cycles unless otherwise stated.

All charges are subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs for models with updated provider pricing; credits already granted are unaffected by pricing changes.

Pro and Unlimited subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) until canceled. Your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date.

You may cancel at any time by contacting support at support@lumavoai.com. Canceling stops future renewals — you keep access to your plan's features and remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate or refund the unused portion of a canceled billing period.

If we change subscription pricing, we will notify existing subscribers by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect on their next renewal. Continuing your subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is: illegal under applicable laws; explicitly sexual or violent without appropriate platform authorization; designed to impersonate real individuals without consent; or structured to circumvent the content policies of underlying model providers.

You also agree not to: share or resell your API key; attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; conduct automated scraping beyond normal API usage; or attempt to circumvent rate limits.

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Lumavo a limited, revocable license to host, cache, and display your generated content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We make no claim of ownership over your outputs.

API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan: Free (1 concurrent), Pro (2 concurrent), Unlimited (3 concurrent). You agree not to circumvent rate limits or share your API key with third parties. Lumavo reserves the right to suspend API access for violations of these terms.

Your use of models available through Lumavo is also subject to the terms of service of the underlying model providers (ByteDance, OpenAI, Midjourney, Kuaishou, Suno, etc.). Lumavo is an independent aggregation platform and is not responsible for changes to underlying model policies, availability, or output quality.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lumavo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and Aphelion Meridian LLC agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, for the resolution of any such dispute. Where mandatory local consumer-protection law grants you rights that cannot be waived by contract, nothing in this section limits those rights.
